People Experience Specialist

We are looking for a passionate People Experience Specialist to join our People team! As the People Experience Specialist, you will continuously build a stellar execution of healthy, engaging working environment for organisations to get the most out of the employees, to keep everyone have a pleasant employee experience, feeling inclusive and appreciated during their employment at the company.

What will you do:

• Participate and support day to day HR operations such as recruitment and branding, talent management, compensation and benefits, engagement and relations.

• Assist to provide thought and solutions in day-to-day people matters and organization plans.

• Partaken in planning and delivery of best in class HR programs and initiatives to increase the quantity and quality of recruitment channels, opening up new talent pipelines and candidate experience.

• Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of our work.

• Promote HR programs to create an efficient, inclusive and healthy workplace.

• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.

• Deep analysis on yearly employee engagement survey and creating the engagement activities

What we are looking for:

• Proven 2+ years of work experience in end-to-end People and Culture spectrum role such as People & Culture associate / HR Specialist or similar role.

• Proactive, agile, and highly self-motivated, a quick learner with positive attitude

• Strong communicator (English & Bahasa).

• Growth mindset and ability to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.

• Tech savvy

• Basic design skills (Canva)

• Strong project and change management skills

• Expert in process improvement and process excellence techniques
