We are seeking a Settlement professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all cash transactions (payment operations) for Reku users. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in updating Reku user data and assisting the compliance team in gathering information on suspected users.

What will you do:

• Oversee and manage all cash transactions for Reku users.

• Address and resolve payment issues promptly.

• Investigate and analyze the root causes of payment operations issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams and/or business partners to resolve issues and implement improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field (Payment Operations).

• Knowledge in cryptocurrency is highly preferred.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous.

• High degree of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility and willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7) in a hybrid scheduled environment.

• Analytical thinking skills to identify and find solutions to problems.
