Legal Affairs Associate

We are seeking a talented Legal Affairs Associate to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Compliance team to develop, maintain, and enhance compliance policies and procedures. With a focus on the dynamic crypto industry, you will conduct research on regulatory developments and ensure the company's activities align with the relevant legal and compliance requirements.

What will you do:

• Collaborate with the Compliance team to develop, maintain, and enhance compliance policies and procedures.

• Conduct research and analysis on regulatory developments in the crypto industry and translate them into actionable insights.

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Participate in compliance monitoring, reporting, and internal investigations as needed.

• Support the Compliance team in developing and delivering compliance training to employees.

• Ensure that the company's activities adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• Proven work experience or internship in legal and compliance roles.

• Have a basic understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements would be a big plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.

• Proficiency in legal research and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
