We are looking for a Mobile Developer Lead to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible to lead our mobile team and work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure that the development team & technologies used are aligned with these.

What will you do:

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team

• Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design

• Provide guidance and recommendations for architectural review of the project implementation

• Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications

• Works collaboratively with the project management team to develop product objectives and define the scope

• Performs relevant or necessary on-going system configurations and operational tasks to support the product/platform

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience

• Proven 4 years of work experience with a minimum 1 year leading the team

• Proficient with Flutter and all methodologies method

• Experience with CI/CD or Manual Deployment iOS and PlayStore

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple teams and at varying levels throughout the organization

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
