We are looking for an awesome People Operation Specialist to join our People team! As a People Operation Associate, you will be in charge of planning and overseeing the company's compensation and benefits programs. You will also responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation, and managing day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities.

What will you do:

• Maintaining employee data management, and ensuring all key dates are updated and accurate, such as new joiner, probationary review periods, and other appropriate reminders, as well as supporting deboarding for all regions.

• Produce all employment-related letters as required such as employment agreement (if it helps for TA team), probation notice, termination, promotion, letter of employment, and salary raise in a timely and organized manner.

• Liaise with the firm’s benefits providers, maintain the benefits portal (such as medical insurance, BPJSTK, BPJS Health) and manage communication with employees regarding benefits, including managing the reimbursement.

• Collate relevant payroll information and execute the accurate payment of monthly salaries / payout.

• Monitoring and providing reports related to employee movements (promotions, transfers, demotions, attritions) that occur in the Company.

• Supporting asset management.

• Cooperate with superiors and teams in the formulation of salary grading and salary surveys.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR preferably from start-up company Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.

• Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized.

• Advanced MS Office skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Proactive, agile, and highly self-motivated, a quick learner with a positive attitude.

• Growth mindset and ability to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.
