Partnership Manager



We are looking for an enthusiastic Partnership Manager to join our team! As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.

What will you do:

  • Initiating a dedicated loyalty program for users with tiering system based on their amount of assets owned within the app, by providing perks which comes from various brand partnership deals and campaigns.
  • Growing Community of ecosystem within Reku by building strategic partnership with stakeholders across sectors.
  • Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for products or services.
  • Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships.
  • Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship.
  • Managing existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Developing marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Establishing new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Developing and managing long-term relationships with partners in order to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty.
  • Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Managing the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and managing disputes.

What we are looking for:

  • Preferably holds diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
  • Highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
  • Understanding and experience of legal partnership requirements.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus.
  • A deep connection within the finance or crypto industry would be a plus.
