We are looking for an enthusiastic Partnership Lead to join our team! As a Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.
What will you do:
Initiating a dedicated loyalty program for users with tiering system based on their amount of assets owned within the app, by providing perks which comes from various brand partnership deals and campaigns.
Growing Community of ecosystem within Reku by building strategic partnership with stakeholders across sectors.
Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for products or services.
Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships.
Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship.
Managing existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
Developing marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership to customers and other stakeholders.
Establishing new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
Developing and managing long-term relationships with partners in order to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty.
Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships.
Managing the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and managing disputes.
What we are looking for:
Preferably holds diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
Proven experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
Highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
Understanding and experience of legal partnership requirements.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus.
A deep connection within the finance or crypto industry would be a plus.
