Recruiter (Contract-Based)
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our growing team. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process that reflects our company values and culture.
What will you do:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback to candidates throughout the process.
Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure timely communication and updates.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
What we are looking for:
Proven 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech, fintech, or startup environments.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Understanding of the investment industry is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Knowledge of the Indonesian job market is a plus.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Willing to follow a full-time work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, for the duration of the contract.
