Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, and forecasting hiring needs. You may also be required to promote our company's brand through employer branding, recruitment initiatives and events.
What will you do:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
What we are looking for:
Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
Ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
