We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager at Reku, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and optimizing our online presence, acquiring new users, and enhancing customer engagement. You will lead and manage a skilled team across Digital Ads, SEO, ASO, and work closely with the CRM team. Your focus will be ensuring that all digital marketing efforts are strategically aligned with our business goals, while continuously refining our marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.

What will you do:

  • Guide and support the Digital Ads, SEO and ASO teams, ensuring cohesive strategy execution across all digital marketing functions.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all teams to make informed, data-driven decisions that foster continuous improvement.

  • Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Reku’s business objectives and fuel growth in our digital presence.

  • Navigating digital ads initiatives, including both display and keywords focus approaches, to optimize user acquisition and ROI.

  • Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns to achieve ideal customer acquisition costs (CAC) while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)

  • Navigating SEO and ASO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our platform and app stores within the competitive market.

  • Work closely with the CRM team to develop CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure trackable activities and optimize data-driven results

  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on platform integration for marketing technology, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment on cross-functional goals.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience managing Digital Ads, SEO, ASO, and CRM campaigns, ideally within an investment or financial services app-based platform.

  • Proficient in using marketing analytics, tools, and attribution platforms such as Google Analytics, Ads Dashboard, SEMRush, Google Play Console, Firebase, Appsflyer, MoEngage, etc

  • Experience in performance marketing reporting, including data and event streaming, data architecture, and handling data discrepancies.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology and platform integration, working closely with Product and Tech teams to support seamless operations.

  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio would be a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and make strategic, informed decisions.

  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated excellence in team management, project management, and organizational skills, ensuring smooth execution across multiple functions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
