We are seeking for a talented Senior Community Engagement Associate to join our growing team. As a Senior Community Engagement Associate, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and strengthening our community relationships. You will be responsible for managing projects, executing effective outreach campaigns, and enhancing member engagement to elevate Reku's brand presence in the market.

What will you do:

• Lead and manage community-related projects to ensure timely delivery and successful execution.

• Develop and implement outreach campaigns to increase awareness of Reku's brand, services, and products within the crypto community.

• Track and analyze member engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance community participation.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including storytelling, promotional outreach, and community-focused materials.

• Organize and coordinate community events, webinars, and meet-ups to strengthen relationships and foster a sense of belonging among Reku users.

• Act as a positive and knowledgeable representative of Reku in various community forums, social media platforms, and industry events.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in community engagement, project management, or a related field within the cryptocurrency industry.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

• Experience in planning and executing community events, webinars, and meet-ups to drive engagement.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners.

• Proficient in using social media platforms and community management tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content to capture the attention of the crypto community.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

• Available to work evening and weekend hours.
