Product Manager




We are looking for a skilled Product Manager who is passionate about building products and elevating the customer experience and customer happiness. You should be comfortable in a hands-on, collaborative and flexible environment, with the ability to manage multiple product initiatives. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

What will you do:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

  • Conduct market and user research to make recommendations and ensure that we are building the right things for our customers.

  • Ensure the product roadmap is strategically prioritized and aligned with the company vision.

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

  • Groom and prioritize product backlog with the engineering team.

  • Act as a product evangelist to build product awareness and understanding for all stakeholders.

  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.

  • Track and monitor customer usage using analytical tools to develop insights for product continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven 3+ years of work experience working as a Product Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, System Information, Computer Science or related field and equivalent practical experience is required. An advanced degree in a business or management field is a big plus.

  • Experience in cryptocurrency will be a big plus.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

  • Experience in developing and managing user research or strategic marketing.

  • Awesome communicator in Bahasa Indonesia & English to be able to explain technical or difficult concepts easily and rally cross-functional teams to solve problems that bring high impact.

  • Customer-centric. Always be the voice and advocate of the customers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically and in detail.

  • Fast and constant learner.

  • Independent workers can deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
