VP of Marketing

As the VP of Marketing at Reku, you will lead the marketing team end to end, across all functions including but not limited to brand, social media, performance marketing, content, and creative, and report directly to the co-CEO. Your responsibilities in this role will include strategy and ideation all the way to execution, at the highest level as well as the ground level.

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement a full marketing strategy focused on customer growth, retention, and brand enhancement, including prioritization and resource allocation.

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end marketing function, ensuring cohesive execution across all marketing disciplines, and alignment with business goals.

  • Work across the other teams at Reku such as product and engineering to make sure plans are executed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Cultivate a positive team environment & growth, and continuously improve work processes to boost efficiency and collaboration.

  • Develop a robust performance monitoring system, including determining KPIs and creating SOPs, towards the goal of creating an efficient and sustainable way of work

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

  • Proactively ideate and iterate on ideas and plans to achieve our business objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, provide strategic insights, and forge partnerships with relevant media, influencers, and industry leaders to drive growth and extend reach.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the investment fintech industry. Candidates from non-fintech backgrounds should have personal investment experience in investing in crypto and stocks.

  • Proven experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing rather than B2B approaches.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end marketing functions, including performance marketing, CRM, SEO+ASO, social media, KOL, brand management, campaigns, partnerships, and creative processes (graphic design, video production, copywriting).

  • Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated ability in planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on performance optimization.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.

  • Genuine interest in financial markets and investing.
