Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax

We are looking for a Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) who can take ownership across the three key pillars of Finance, Accounting, and Tax. As a Senior FAT, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records and reporting, and ensuring tax compliance is properly coordinated and delivered on time. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working across functions, operating independently, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including treasury, cash flow management, payment processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Own the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports.

• Coordinate tax compliance with external tax consultants, including reviewing PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, and annual SPT filings for accuracy and timeliness.

• Reconcile tax filings and financial data against company accounting records and identify discrepancies when necessary.

• Maintain and improve finance/accounting processes, SOPs, approval flows, and internal controls.

• Ensure financial records and supporting documents are properly maintained and audit-ready.

• Support financial reporting, audit, due diligence, and other ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related role, preferably with experience covering more than one of these functions.

• Proven hands-on experience managing finance operations and/or the full accounting cycle end-to-end.

• Good understanding of Indonesian tax compliance, with experience coordinating with external tax consultants and reviewing tax filings.

• Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting principles.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP Business One, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growing company with a high level of ownership and limited support.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight recurring deadlines.

• Brevet A & B certification and external audit experience would be a plus.
