What will you do:

• Expanding community partnership reach with various partnership event collaboration
• Meeting with various communities to establish alighed community event with mutual benefits
• Plan and execute timely internal community event with our users and VIPs
• Conducting outreach activities such as creating campaigns, programs, or any initiatives.
• Coordinating community events such as edutaiment, webinars, seminars, festivals, celebrations, or fairs.
• Conducting research to gather information about community issues.
• Collecting information about community members’ needs, wants, and concerns about both the app and also other projects.
• Developing and implementing community service projects.
• Helping community organizations to develop long-term plans for self-sustainability.
• Developing relationships with community leaders and networking with other professionals in related fields.

What we are looking for:

• Preferred majors include Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Culture, or International Relations.
• Have experience carrying out a national community engagement event.
• Deep understanding and proven experience of community engagement experience for a few years.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing an outreach and engagement strategy.
• Deep connection with various communities across different cities nationally.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Commitment and enthusiasm for performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours.
