Brand & Communications Lead

We are looking for a Brand & Communications Lead to drive our brand strategy, PR initiatives, influencer/KOL programs, monthly promotions / Thematic Campaigns (such as End of Year Campaign, Anniversary, Bitcoin Day & more fun campaigns), and make a strong social media presence for Reku. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional campaigns end-to-end, deep understanding of our products (as we strongly believe that a great marketer is one that truly understands the product and the audience/consumer psyche), and deep expertise in creating impactful promotions that resonate with our audience. The right candidate is not only experienced in managing teams but also a strategic thinker who can orchestrate product launches, thematic campaigns, and partnerships that amplify brand presence.

What will you do:

  • Campaign Management: Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns — from promo ideation, planning, execution, to post-mortem analysis.

  • KOL & Partnerships: Oversee influencer marketing strategy, from identification to activation and measurement of ROI.

  • Social Media Oversight: Manage and mentor the social media team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with broader campaigns.

  • Go-To-Market Orchestration: Align with product, design, CRM, and digital ads teams to coordinate launch/live dates, ensuring seamless campaign rollouts (you love Gantt Charts, and have a love/hate relationship with Jira).

  • Brand & Communication Strategy: Define and execute the overall communications strategy, ensuring brand consistency across PR, social, and KOL activities.

  • PR & Media: Manage external communications, media relations, and public relations initiatives to strengthen brand reputation.

  • Team Leadership: An opportunity to build, lead, and develop a high-performing communications and social media team.

What we are looking for:

  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications.

  • Proven experience managing a team.

  • Strong track record in promo management: promo ideation, planning, execution, and post-mortem analysis.

  • Experience running end-to-end campaigns, including at least 2 of the following: KOL management, product promotions, Go-to-Market strategy, social media strategy, PR initiatives.

  • Extensive promo management experience across multiple campaigns.

  • Prior experience in Fintech (especially in investments, brokerage, or crypto) will be preferred.

  • A personal passion for investing — active investor in crypto or US stocks is a big plus.
