We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Lead to join our team. The Creative Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from ideation to execution, leading brainstorming sessions, exploring visual tastes, and providing workflow solutions to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a strong visual communicator with a keen eye for detail and an ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers.

What will you do:

• Lead the creative process from ideation to execution.

• Foster an environment of creative exploration, experimentation, and risk-taking.

• Conduct brainstorming sessions and lead creative workshops.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet business goals.

• Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards.

• Explore visual tastes and trends to ensure our work is fresh and relevant.

• Support and mentor designers in their creative exploration.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field.

• Proven experience as a Creative Lead or in a similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual communication skills across various mediums.

• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and inspire creative thinking in others.

• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.
