Community Intern




We are looking for Community Intern to join our Community team! As a Community Intern, You will support and provide day-to-day general assistance to the Head of Community in doing some community roles such as performative, operational, and engagement. This will be the best place for you to learn in the professional world and kickstart of your career in Community Engagement. You also will have a chance to be considered to become a full time in our Community team!

What will you do:

  • Serve as the administrator to handle operations and management of our community platforms.

  • Work with research team members to develop content, edit and publishing of education content.

  • Ensure timely post of announcements, posts, from the company to the community across platforms.

  • Reach out to community partners and emerging community partners and discuss about partnerships.

  • Leverage a variety of our existing social networks while continuing to identify and develop new channels to amplify the company’s brand and its presence within our key communities.

  • Support event planning, coordination, promotion, and post-event reporting etc.

  • Support team members with event execution of executive luncheons, networking forums, student events, hackathons, and site visits etc.

  • Support development, production and distribution of company publications, be involved in both editorial and design of publications.

  • Support creative projects such as videography and photography projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's graduate with preferred majors including Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Culture, or International Relations.

  • Commitment with a minimum of 3 days of work per week for 6 months is required.

  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required.

  • Enjoy storytelling and writing, have good marketing sense, have the ability to identify, develop and deliver key messages to targeted audiences would be highly preferred.

  • Good understanding in social media sense and are highly sensitive to the latest trend are preferred.

  • Strong client service mindset, passionate about problem-solving, with a keen interest in ongoing process creation and improvement are preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively as an individual and in team environment.

  • Knowledge and interest in publishing, graphics design, photography, photo editing and video editing would be a big plus.
