Community Engagement Manager




We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant and engaged community of crypto enthusiasts and users. Your role will be vital in promoting Reku's brand, products, and services through effective community engagement strategies. You will also play a crucial part in maintaining a positive reputation for Reku within the crypto industry.

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster a strong and active community of Reku users and crypto enthusiasts.

  • Engage with the community through various channels, including social media, forums, events, and online communities, to address inquiries, provide support, and foster positive interactions.

  • Plan and organize community events, workshops, and webinars to educate and empower users about cryptocurrency and Reku's products and services.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content tailored to the community's needs and interests.

  • Monitor and analyze community feedback, sentiments, and trends to identify areas for improvement and address concerns proactively.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Reku, representing the company's values and mission in all community interactions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to relay user feedback, suggestions, and concerns for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for community growth.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders within the crypto community to expand Reku's reach and influence.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional education in cryptocurrency or blockchain technology is a plus.

  • Proven experience in community management or similar roles within the cryptocurrency industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency landscape, blockchain technology, and industry trends.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Excellent in using social media platforms, forums, and community management tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and connect with diverse communities, both online and offline.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective community engagement strategies.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret community metrics and trends.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
