We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Reku. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging, and positioning of our products. You will work closely with the Product team and the Marketing team to ensure that our products are successfully launched and marketed.

What will you do:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.

• Create messaging and positioning for our products that resonate with our target audience.

• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure that product features and benefits are communicated effectively.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop product marketing campaigns and content.

• Manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

• Monitor and report on the success of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of product marketing strategies and tactics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Independent workers can deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
