We are looking for an awesome Technical Lead to join our Engineering team. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You will also build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, coordinate with other leads, and hands-on and inspire the team to reach their goals.

What will you do:

• Overseeing daily technical operations.

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

• Motivating the team and creating a space where they can innovate and develop.

• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.

• Proven more than 4 years’ work experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.

• Experience in a startup, preferably in the crypto industry.

• Excellent in Golang or Java, and other programming languages.

• Proficient in SQL or NoSQL Database.

• Knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends

• Ability to make rational decisions

• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies

• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.
