CRM Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management systems, developing data-driven insights, and implementing strategies to enhance our customer engagement and retention.
What will you do:
Develop and execute CRM strategies to maximize customer retention and increase GTV.
Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Segment customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
Implement automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys using CRM tools (e.g., Moengage, CleverTap, etc)
Conduct regular analysis of CRM data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Develop and maintain event trackers with Product team to ensure accurate targeting.
What we are looking for:
3-5 years of experience in CRM management, a background in finance is a plus.
Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience in investing in either crypto assets or stocks.
Strong understanding of CRM software and tools, such as MoEngage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
