CRM Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management systems, developing data-driven insights, and implementing strategies to enhance our customer engagement and retention.

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to maximize customer retention and increase GTV.

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Segment customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized messaging.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.

  • Implement automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys using CRM tools (e.g., Moengage, CleverTap, etc)

  • Conduct regular analysis of CRM data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Develop and maintain event trackers with Product team to ensure accurate targeting.

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, a background in finance is a plus.

  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Experience in investing in either crypto assets or stocks.

  • Strong understanding of CRM software and tools, such as MoEngage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
