Performance Management Specialist
We are looking for a highly talented Performance Management Specialist to join our People team! You will be involved in planning, implementing, reviewing, and evaluating performance appraisal guidelines for employees for augmenting growth and productivity at both individual and organizational levels.
What will you do:
Design, implement and monitor performance appraisal guidelines for employees.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders in formulating strategies and systems that are integrated between performance management and rewards.
Work closely with functional leaders & employees to build clear, transparent, and objective performance matrix and implement quarterly / half-yearly performance appraisal
Analyze and convey initiatives that are correlated with HR and other tasks related to the people development initiatives.
Provide coaching guidelines to employees with superiors (if needed).
Managing and maintaining performance management data as well as providing comprehensive performance management report.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience with the performance management system.
Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tools
Preferably familiar with Balance Score Card.
Proactive and have good analytical thinking.
Strong communicator (English & Bahasa).
Growth mindset and ability to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.
