Digital Performance Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Digital Performance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will independently plan media strategies across various channels, including search, paid social, video ads, and more to meet our performance marketing goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and generate insights to drive ROI in line with company objectives.

What will you do:

  • Independently plan media strategies to achieve our performance marketing goals using search, paid social, video ads, programmatic, and other channels.

  • Implement all the media plans properly and in a timely manner.

  • Provide clear creative brief with clear timeline and objectives to the Creative Team.

  • Regular monitoring and overseeing campaign optimization strategies and work with digital teams to continually improve campaign performance.

  • Work collaboratively with all relevant teams (e.g. Product, Engineer, Community, etc) to successfully deliver digital media campaigns.

  • Develop reports that generate insights & opportunities to drive efficient ROI in line with the company’s objectives and KPI.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the best practices and strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital paid ads (social media ads, google ads, programmatic, etc).

  • Proven experience with growing results for the company’s goals through digital paid ads.

  • Experience with some tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, Meta Ads Dashboard, AppsFlyer.

  • Structured work with clear grouping, consistency in using UTM and other relevant types to track specific ads or campaigns.

  • Have creativity and vision to set relevant content with targeted audience.

  • Team player personality. Responsible, accountable, and collaborative within the Marketing Team and cross-team.

  • Have a can-do attitude. Proactive and takes ownership. Work with an open mind to learn new things.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Data oriented and have the ability to analyze a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
