Digital Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join the Reku Marketing team to support user acquisition and lifecycle growth. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, managing CRM efforts, and producing engaging content that drives user acquisitions — with a strong focus on mobile app growth. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about both performance marketing and financial products.

What will you do:

  • Plan and execute paid user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Twitter (X), TikTok, and other relevant ad platforms.

  • Optimize ads to drive high-quality users.

  • Build and manage audience segments using lookalikes, retargeting pools, and custom segments.

  • Monitor and analyze ad performance using Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and platform dashboards.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to A/B test ad creatives and messaging.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns using MoEngage (push, email, in-app messages).

  • Create lifecycle flows to re-engage users who drop off at each funnel stage.

  • Personalize messaging based on user behavior and segmentation.

  • Continuously test and iterate CRM strategies to improve retention and user LTV.

  • Develop marketing content including ad copies, push notifications, emails and more.

  • Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing assets and educational campaigns.

  • Ensure all content aligns with Reku’s brand voice and financial product positioning.

  • Track, measure, and report key performance metrics across acquisition and retention channels.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommend optimizations for better ROI.

  • Work closely with Product and Data teams to align marketing strategies with user behavior insights.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing for a mobile app.

  • Proven experience running performance campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, or similar.

  • Proficiency with Appsflyer, Google Analytics (GA4), and MoEngage or similar CRM tools.

  • Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.

  • Excellent writing skills for creating or editing clear, persuasive marketing copy.
