As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll drive design from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless, user-centered experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can own and innovate the design process independently.
What will you do:
Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered designs.
Establish, maintain and push the boundaries of the design system to ensure consistency across all products, aligning with our brand values and aesthetic.
Conduct thorough market and user research, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential improvements.
Drive the user experience by creating detailed process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Perform usability testing and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to iteratively refine the design.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to align design with business and user needs.
Document design decisions, user research findings, and design guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across the platform.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
What we are looking for:
Proven 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and Zeplin, with the ability to rapidly prototype and iterate.
Ability to create animations is a plus.
Strong skills in both market research and user research, with the capability to independently identify user needs and market trends.
Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, with a data-driven approach to improve user experience.
Knowledge of user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a strong ability to measure and optimize user engagement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for articulating design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring other designers.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and staying updated on design trends.
