We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our growing team. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process that reflects our company values and culture.

What will you do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback to candidates throughout the process.

  • Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure timely communication and updates.

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech, fintech, or startup environments.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Understanding of the investment industry is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work under tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.

  • Knowledge of the Indonesian job market is a plus.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Willing to follow a full-time work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, for the duration of the contract.
