VP of Corporate Finance

We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Corporate Finance to join our leadership team. As the VP of Corporate Finance, you will lead the company’s corporate finance function to ensure we have world-class financial systems, reporting, and controls. You will be responsible for driving financial strategies, ensuring compliance with the highest professional audit and regulatory standards, and enabling the company to scale with strong governance and financial excellence.

What will you do:

• Financial governance: Build and strengthen financial systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.

• Audit & compliance: Ensure the company is fully prepared for external audits and meets all regulatory requirements.

• Financial planning & management: Oversee corporate financial strategy, capital management, and cash flow to support sustainable growth.

• Reporting & insights: Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and provide insights that guide strategic decisions.

• Team leadership: Elevate the finance team’s capability and professionalism through mentorship, structure, and best practices.

• Stakeholder engagement: Manage relationships with external partners (auditors, regulators, financial institutions) and communicate financial health to leadership and the Board.

What we are looking for:

• Proven leadership in corporate finance at VP/Head level within a regulated or high-growth industry.

• Deep expertise in financial reporting standards, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.

• Track record of preparing companies for rigorous external audits.

• Strong strategic and operational finance skills with excellent communication and leadership ability.

• Crypto, US stock, or general investment experience / knowledge is a plus.
